My husband and I decided that after two years of renting we were finally ready to buy a house for ourselves and our young son. I called Yeager Realty to inquire if they were willing to help us out. Of course, Brian Yeager was excited to be our realtor and help us find the house of our dreams. I had already been looking online at postings and driving around so we had a good idea of what we wanted and where we wanted it to be. Brian asked for the information and that same day I was receiving emails of listings that fit our criteria. I was amazed! Because of our busy travel schedule, we asked Brian to set up showings during the week in the early evenings. He was more than willing to do this and to schedule as many as time would allow so we weren't doing this day after day. We found our house on the first expedition, but Brian was very adamant that we still "shop around" to be absolutely sure. We are both so happy he did this because when we chose to make our bid, there wasn't a doubt in our mind. He explained the home-buying process to us on numerous occasions to be sure we knew exactly how it worked and what we would be expected to do. And it made sense! :) On our final walk-through he even climbed up into the attic to check the work we had the previous owners do! Talk about dedication!
